The world around us is created in part by our level of consciousness, by the level of awareness we bring to our life experience. The more awareness we bring to our experience, the more we tend to create a world of cooperation and fulfillment. Without self-awareness, we tend to generate a world of separation and conflict.

Raising our level of consciousness means bringing more awareness to our personality and how it functions.

It also means becoming more aware of the flow of consciousness within us and the spiritual dimensions of our personality.

Speak Consciousness is committed to developing and disseminating the understandings and the practical tools needed for achieving higher levels of awareness. This is an ongoing process of supporting the collective movement toward higher levels of consciousness that is happening everywhere.

THE 3 LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS

Level 1

Ordinary consciousness is focused on the objects of consciousness. It is characterized by a lack of self-awareness and by identification with a false sense of self. In ordinary consciousness our thoughts and emotions tend to become solid and concrete, like objects or things.

Level 2

At the second level of consciousness, we become aware of who is experiencing the objects of consciousness. This means greater awareness of our personality and our subjectivity in general. In this state of consciousness, we become aware of our authentic sense of self.

Level 3

In pure consciousness, we become aware of what exists beyond ego and the self. This is a subjective expansion of our inner space in which the objects of consciousness tend to disappear. Pure consciousness is identified with the whole of existence, both the manifest and unmanifest.
